Are you ready to sweat for a great cause?

Work out with us and help eradicate period poverty! All proceeds from this class will go to the charity Bloody Good Period, an incredible organisation that works towards ending period poverty, normalising periods, and educating the public about female sexual and reproductive    health.

Classes will be 60 minutes long, and will include a warm up, 25 minutes of HIIT (High Intensity interval Training), a core workout, and a cool down.
