Food is at the heart of 21st century’s many environmental, economic and social challenges. Our attitudes towards food play a crucial role in transforming the food industry in a sustainable way. Sustainable food is not just about the food itself. It considers the resource usage; social, economic and environmental impacts; health considerations; agricultural practices.

The aim of this conference is to empower attendees with knowledge of how the food on their plate impacts the planet and the individual efforts they can take to make a change. The format of the event will be short talks by the panellists which will be followed by questions from the floor to encourage insightful and lively debate.
