Join us for the first mini-conference of the term and learn more about current topics in conservation! Have you heard of de-extinction? Come and learn from leaders in the field Professor Kate Jones and Dr. Mark Thomas. 

They will present their work focused on de-extinction as a method of reviving extinct species, the risks and the potential in helping manage the growing biodiversity crisis. 

Tuesday 12th Nov in Pearson Building, room 305. For anyone without a Geography department student ID card, please ask the front gate security guard to let you in for the event.
