UCL CAS is excited to host a talk and Q&A discussion with Julie's Bicycles! 🌱🌼🌍

Julie’s Bicycle is a London based charity that supports the creative community to act on climate change and environmental sustainability. They believe that the creative community is uniquely placed to transform the conversation around climate change and translate it into action.

More than 2,000 companies use their Creative IG Tools including their 'carbon calculators'. Their certification scheme 'Creative Green' is the recognised benchmark for sustainability achievement within the creative industries.

Who will be speaking?

Alison Tickell
The Founder and CEO of Julie's Bicycles. Alison established Julie’s Bicycle in 2007 as a non-profit company, helping the music industry reduce its environmental impacts and develop new thinking in tune with global environmental challenges.

Farah Ahmed
Farah joined Julie's Bicycle in September 2016. She has worked in some of the UK's biggest cultural institutions, including the Wellcome Collection. Farah is passionate about innovative design, diverse representation in the arts, and climate justice.
