Join us for a women’s only belly dancing taster session! Belly dancing is one of the oldest forms of Dance and is a great way to stay in shape!

This taster session will focus on isolating different parts of the body, to help develop flexibility, build upper body strength and work your abdominal muscles.

Our classes are beginner friendly, no previous experience is required.

No equipment needed.

Location: Dance Studio, 1st floor of the Lewis’ Building, 134-136 Gower Street, WC1E 6BP

Changing facilities: Toilets are available on the same floor.

Accessibility Information:

Building is accessible via a permanent ramp, if needed. 
Room access is through second set of double door on right as you enter the building. (first set of doors lead to the George Farha Cafe)
Lifts access is available to all floors. Room entrance is located to either the left or right as you exit the lifts. There are 2 entrances to the room.
