Out first in-person project active exercise class for postgraduates!

The event will be socially distanced within the room and you will be required to wear a mask before and after the exercise class to move around the room and building.

Yoga Sculpt is a high-intensity, dynamic yoga practice that incorporates resistance interval training and cardiovascular exercise into traditional yoga sequences. Yogis use their own bodyweight, small hand weights, elastic bands and gliding discs to deepen the power of their yoga practice while chiseling their body into shape. 

No previous experience needed.

Your monetary contribution will be used to pay the trainer (we will be subsidising this amount you pay). As these are small classes, you will have an opportunity to speak to the trainer during the class and they will be able to give you guidance.
