Each year as many as 20,000 children flee domestic abuse to seek sanctuary in refuge. Typically leaving home with only the clothes on their back, these children have experienced physical, emotional, and even sexual abuse and arrive at refuge with nothing.

We're L'Arche, an international movement of communities for people with and without learning disabilities. L'Arche London, based in West Norwood, is made up of about 100 people with and without learning disabilities, some of whom live in our community houses and others

We want to make a difference, give back to the local community and spread some joy through the art of Bollywood dance! Members of the society will be providing Bollywood workshops for children at local primary schools, aged between 3-11 years old.

Families 4 Peace

Families4Peace began in 2021 when a group of north-west London secondary school students decided to form a community response to the Ukraine War. They became a charity and launched their community centre in 2022, and have been welcoming displaced families since.
