Age UK Westminster exists to promote the well-being of older people in the City of Westminster and help make life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience within our local community. Age Concern Westminster exists to promote the well being of older people in the City of Westminster to help make later life a fulfilling and enjoyable experience.

We are recruiting Project Administrator volunteers to provide much needed support to our Debt Intervention Service team. The Debt Intervention Service supports vulnerable older people in Westminster who are struggling to manage their debts or are at a high risk of falling into debt.

The Project Administrator role will involve; contacting clients for appointment and follow-up work, recording client data on Charitylog, writing up case studies and assisting with emails and other correspondence.

This role will suit individuals looking to develop their administrative and Advice & Information skills. Volunteers must be confident and have good communication and interpersonal skills as they will be in regular contact with our service users.

Role Aim:

Skills needed: 

This opportunity will suit individuals who are tech savvy, have strong administrative skills, and an interest in gaining practical Information & Advice experience.

Training: 

We will provide induction training for all our volunteers as well as regular supervision sessions.

Time commitment: 
At least 12 months.
Opening times: 
Monday to Friday, between 10am-5pm
