London Youth Games (GamesForce)

London Youth Games are the largest multi-sport event for young people in Europe. GamesForce, the volunteer programme, allows individuals with and without disabilities to get involved and be part of the London Youth Games action. GamesForce provides fantastic opportunities for individuals aged 16+ - they can receive training/qualifications, further their experience and develop their CVs by volunteering with us.

Application deadline:

What have Bradley Wiggins, David Weir and Mo Farah got in common? They have all previously competed in the London Youth Games (LYG) - Europe’s largest annual youth sport event. However, without volunteers this event couldn’t have happened. Why not follow in the footsteps of the awesome London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games Makers and get involved in volunteering? Each year at LYG, over 136,000 young people from 33 London Boroughs are involved in competitions across over 30 different sports. GamesForce is the volunteer programme to support this. It allows you to be part of the LYG action and provides you with the opportunity to learn new skills, enhance your experience and work with a fantastic team.
