MS Information Reviewer/Editor

At the MS Society we put people affected by MS at the centre of everything we do. Our vision is a world free from the effects of MS. Until then, we’ll keep doing all we can to enable people affected by MS to live their lives knowing they don’t have to face MS alone.

Outreach Volunteer


Betknowmore UK have developed an innovative outreach model and we are looking for motivated individuals to develop their skills and support the outreach team. We are working in conjunction with the industry in a landmark pilot project which promises to expand and touch the lives of people affected by gambling related harm. We are the first accredited outreach programme for gamblers in the UK and we hope to have gambling harm recognised by the government and department of health this year. Individuals who work with us can expect plenty of scope for growth, development and fun!

Major Gifts Volunteer


What you’d be doing

* Supporting our Major Gifts Team with administrative duties, including keeping our database up to date and writing content for letters/promotional materials and our website

* Helping at organised VIP events like our Carol Service and Fundraising Dinner, as well as our Corporate Volunteering Days

Qualities/Experience/Skills needed

* Previous fundraising experience isn’t essential

* Confident communicator, both verbally and written, with an eye for detail

Link Ethiopia is an international NGO that runs projects and programmes in Ethiopia to ensure that all children can access high quality education. The organisation also works in the UK and Ethiopia to link schools in order to promote global learning and cultural exchange and appreciation. We have two offices in Gondar and Debre Zeit, Ethiopia, and run a small and dedicated UK office based in Kings Cross. Develop skills including communication and organisation whilst raising funds and awareness for St Mark’s Hospital, a leading specialist bowel disease hospital in Harrow. Interact with patients and staff whilst manning our information desk, raising awareness of the Foundation and what we do, and selling our merchandise!

Age UK Islington Activity service runs a varied and busy programme of activities across the borough. It is vital that we accurately record attendances and client information on our database to enable us to contact clients about future events and ensure our mailing list is kept up to date. It is also essential for us to run reports to continuously monitor and improve the service as well as for reporting purposes. The Data Entry role would involve entering data of activities attendances and new clients on our database and helping with the mail out for our Activity programme on Excel.

Warehouse Volunteer


FareShare London redistributes surplus food to charities and community groups across the capital, who turn it into meals for vulnerable people. We operate a warehouse in Deptford, South East London, where we sort and store surplus food and then deliver it on our vans to our member charities and community groups across London.
