Mindful Vinyasa Flow Yoga

A slow flow class to improve flexibility while focusing on breathing through each movement

Dance Fit

Aerobic exercises for cardio and improved coordination

Who can take part?

All our classes are open to all UCL Students and Staff.

How does it work?

No commitment 
No judgement
No experience needed 

Just log in to the website using your UCL user ID and password, find the class you want to attend and add to basket.  
Once signed up, you will be emailed a link closer to the time to join a video conference call hosted on Zoom by one of our qualified instructors.  We recommend you set up a zoom account, it’s free!

How much?

All class are only £1. Your booking fee helps us pay the instructors for running these sessions.
