Women’s Box HIIT

This women’s only Dare2 Try Box HIIT class will raise your heart rate; a high intensity class with elements of boxing - but we’re non-contact and non weight bearing! Each class will consists of various exercises to improve core stability, strength, agility, speed and focuses on toning to help you feel fitter and stronger

The class is beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels but be prepared to have a good workout!

When: Every Tuesday from 13:00-14:00 during term time.
Where: Rehearsal room on the 1st floor of the Bloomsbury Theatre building, WC1H 0AH

Pre-booking is required as spaces are limited!
No equipment needed, just a pair of trainers.

All Project Active sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a friendly and comfortable, non-judgemental, non-competitive environment.

All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels so there’s no need to worry if you don’t have any previous experience.
