Dance Fitness

Part of our Dare2Try Women’s Only offer, Dance Fitness will get your hips shaking and your heart pumping to one of the world’s most popular dance fitness programmes!

Our dance fitness class combines dance and aerobic movements to the beat of hip-hop, salsa and mambo. Even if you have two left feet,  you’ll definitely exercise your abs from all the laughing!

When: Every Thursday from 12:00-13:00 during term time.

Where: Rehearsal Room, 1st Floor Bloomsbury Theatre Building, 15 Gordon Street, London WC1H 0AH

Pre-booking is required as spaces are limited!

No equipment needed, just a pair of trainers.

All Project Active sessions are accessible and inclusive for all abilities.

Our Dare2 Try programme of women only activities gives you the opportunity to try something new, have fun and stay healthy in a friendly and comfortable, non-judgemental, non-competitive environment.

All classes are suitable for complete beginners and all fitness levels so there’s no need to worry if you don’t have any previous experience.
