Vinyasa Flow Yoga coordinates movement with breath to flow from one pose to the next.  An invigorating class that will help develop your strength and flexibility.
Open to all UCL students and UCL Staff, our classes are beginner friendly and open to all fitness levels.

No previous yoga experience needed, but as classes are held remotely, please only push yourself as far as you are able and comfortable.

When: Mondays Vinyasa Flow12:30-13:30
            Tuesdays Yoga Nidra 17:00-18:00
            Wednesdays Mindful Yoga 09:00-10:00
            Fridays Vinyasa Flow 13:00-14:00

Where: Online class - you’ll need to access Zoom via desktop or download the app  - you do not need an account or subscription.  Once signed up you’ll be emailed the link to join closer to the time
Cost: £1 per session (pay as you go), book via links below.

Equipment: You’ll need enough space for a yoga mat, if you have one, and to be able move/swing your arms around when standing, as well as be able to stretch your arms out wide either side of you and overhead when lying down.
If you do not have a yoga mat, that’s ok you just need to find somewhere with carpet/a non slip rug.
A yoga block if you have one, but not necessary, a similar sturdy object will do if you need it to help stabilise when stretching!
