Our space on Gordon Street is home to Gordon’s Café, our reception desk, Phineas Bar and the Study on the 2nd Floor. On the fourth floor of the building we also have our offices and Sabbatical Officers. We share 25 Gordon St. with UCL and the building is regularly used for teaching.

We’re proposing to refurb Phineas, and significantly improve the reception and café area on the ground floor. The fourth floor where our offices are currently based will be used by UCL for teaching. In return we’ll take over part of the first floor which will become the home of our Advice Service. The second floor (currently the Study) will be where the Union’s admin office is based, the Sabbatical Officers and the Volunteering Service will also be on the second floor. Phineas is staying on the third floor. These proposals mean the first four floors of Gordon St. from the ground floor to Phineas on the third floor will be easily accessible Union services.
