Term Three Timetable can be viewed here

Block/advance bookings

Bloomsbury and Lewis Building Rooms can be block booked in advance for regular club or society meetings. Towards the end of every term, an e-mail will go out to the president to ask for any block booking requests for the following term. This will take the shape of an application form.

Those applications submitted before the deadline, will be allocated space on a “fairest usage” policy, so that we try to accommodate everyone’s space and time requirements. Some rooms, days and times are more popular than others, so please know we do our best to allocate what you need. Any requests sent in after the publicised deadline will not be considered.

A timetable of the rooms will then be posted on the website, and you will be notified by e-mail as to what you have been allocated.

Ad hoc

Bloomsbury and Lewis Building rooms can also be booked on an Ad Hoc basis. This can either be done by ringing the Student Activities Reception and booking a room over the phone 0207 679 7239, or by visiting the Student Activities reception directly, 2nd floor Bloomsbury Theatre.

Please note, any club not using their pre booked rooms 3 times in a term, without giving Reception a minimum of 24 hours notice of cancellation, will have their remaining bookings for that term cancelled and their permission to book rooms suspended for one week. Not using a further 3 bookings in the same term will result in further cancellations and a suspension of one full term.
