The Female Lead is an influential educational charity with a mission to shine a spotlight on the women who shape our world and empower. The charity is dedicated to finding the factors that limit women’s choices and fulfilment and amplifies their voices in order to drive change and improve economic outcomes.
We have been granted the opportunity to work with them and create a UCL society.
Keeping in line with the goals of The Female Lead, we will organise workshops, conferences and socials around the following themes: Women in the Workplace, Mental Health and Disability, Men in Feminism, LGBTQI+ and Intersectional Feminism.
This society is for anyone interested in the themes above, and those hoping to contribute to the promotion of an ever growing and inclusive feminism!
